It provides access to their policy, claims and e-cardsof their family in a simple easy to use format directly from theirmobile.Mobile App can guide you to nearest network hospital wherecashless facility can be availed. The Mobile App also containswellness calculators that can help you know your current healthcondition. To use this mobile application, users need to go througha brief and simple registration process by authenticating theEmployee code, Date of Birth and Email id (optional). On successfulauthentication, the user is required to create a 4 digit Mobile PIN(MPIN) so that they can access the information easily in future. Itis always advisable that MPIN shouldn’t be shared with anyone.Performance of the Application may vary depending on the NetworkSignal , Wi-Fi Strength. Some features may require location searchto be turned on. The mobile app may not work in some of the earlierversions of Android.
